Web Programmer needed

The current site that our company has created serves as a centralized platform where individuals can upload documents, and also incorporates a social networking component. 
Thus, it is a very large and complex project and a very strong expertise in PHP, MySQL, AJAX, and etc. will be necessary.  PHP certification would be preferred.   

Our company’s current site is 90% completed. However, we would like to add/remove some functionality and fix the bugs.
After fixing the current site, we would like to rewrite the entire code and expand it considerably over time.  Thus, we are looking for a long-term relationship.

We will use this first project as a first step to learn more about your company as we would like to work together on many other projects as well.
