Project Description:
We are currently building a unique community site, with a billing model this works, and shares many community and social networking features same as www.SMS.ac.  I am looking for an experienced developer or small team to take the reigns and build out the backend programming of the site. The individual/s MUST have previous experience with and be able to easily include the following:

Site Features:
  Membership Registration, data capturing and management
  Customizable customer Profiles (similar to sites listed above)
  Forums and/or Interest groups
  Internal email/ internal messaging system (eg, to a user’s friend list or to just one person)
  Comment and ranking system
  Forms, complex and simple
  Automated email messages (notifications & mailing list)
  Fast loading
  Google-friendly style pages.
