Taxi cab company... need application for job management and assignment between call center and taxi cabs.
callcenter : Server with static IP
taxi cab: GPRS with dynamic ip

Application Specifications:

- Booking Job
- Dispatching Job to radio
- Storing completed jobs with ability to invoice and do driver statements

- Logging of
1. Time job received and operator name
2. Time job dispatched and operator dispatching job
3. Driver job dispatched to
4. Full details of job

- Auto look up of address from users own database of previous jobs
- Storing customer details and address's
(Optional):
- Booking repeat and regular jobs
- Online booking by multiple operators from remote locations
- Integration with mapping system
