i need API implementation for a client of mine. I will design and build the website (XHTML, CSS)

The basic flow of my website is first the index page, and then the customer views the coverage page. The customer then clicks the
Order service page. This is where the API is used. . I also want some minor changes to the way the city is displayed; I want the price changed, and quantity always 1, no option for period selection either. The customer clicks “add to cart”; I have this from paypal, and then the customer can either continue shopping or go to check out. I have the view cart and check out buttons done. I can send you them, but I think this is straight forward.
