I've written a class not too long ago that downloads files from an ftp server and i guess uploading shouldn't be that hard to do.

http://www.engineeringser...va-ftp-client-sourcecode/ , use it in combination with this: http://www.engineeringser...-ftp-directory-structure/ to get the file/directories from the ftp.
