Interactive Mobile Phone Quiz (Java 2 Micro Edition)

I'm looking for a programmer to adapt a 100 question yes or no quiz (that originally existed as a DOS application) for a mobile enviroment.

The application is to consist of 100 Y/N questions
The ability to tally and present results from the quiz
Linking results to outcomes screens  (your scored 43, this means blah blah, here a picture)
A High and Low Score saver where names can be stored
A few cute low res old school style pixel graphics

Its a pretty straight forward job.
