need help about the image

coz my prof want me to make a program like these insert,search,delete,exit
in insert she said that i need to have an input like student,or applicant and their info name,address,code etc..

in search if i choose (all) all info of applicant or student appear. but if i choose (individual)only the person that i searching appear in figure 6

delete if i want to delete the data of the student or applicant..
exit to terminated.

my prob is how to code this program? can any one help me?

What language, what type of database etc? it can be done in many langauges.
